Voldoet u aan de doelgroepencriteria ( doelgroepen; werkgevers, uitzendbureaus, COA, projectbasis voor freelance & ZZP, projectbasis expats, tijdelijk verblijf wegens persoonlijke omstandigheden, tijdelijk verblijf studie, vakantie, global oriëntatie) dan kan u direct bij ons de reservering maken ( zo niet uitsluitend via een boekingsplatform!)
Directe reservering; U reserveert de accommodatie voor minimaal 3 maanden. De overeengekomen einddatum is de einddatum! Vanaf 3 maanden kunt u de gemaakte reservering annuleren met als opzegtermijn 1 kalendermaand. Verlaat u de accommodatie ad hoc en er de accommodatie wordt weer gereserveerd dan vind restitutie plaats van de vooruitbetalingen. Waarborgsom krijgt u sowieso achteraf terug (mits geen schade / vervuiling)
Bij directe reservering bij ons betaald u altijd het maandtarief 2 maanden vooruit plus een waarborgsom ter grote van 1 maandtarief. U betaald dus altijd 3 x het maandtarief vooruit. Werkgevers & uitzendbureaus ontvangen maandelijks een BTW factuur, zodat u de betaalde BTW kunt terugvragen.
Platformboeking; indien mogelijk ontvangt u een link voor een boeking via een boekingsplatform. Minimaal te reserveren voor 10 dagen. U betaald geen waarborgsom en de vooruitbetaling bedraagt slechts 28 dagen (creditcard). De platformkosten bedragen circa 10%, deze moet u dus optellen op het getoonde tarief.
Bezichtigen; Standaard is het niet mogelijk om fysiek te bezichtigen maar vindt dat digitaal plaats. Indien er een specifieke behoefte is voor een fysieke bezichtiging brengen wij daarvoor EUR 75,- euro in rekening, inclusief btw, middels vooruitbetaling. Mocht er vervolgens een reservering tot stand komen brengen wij deze kosten in mindering op de reserveringskosten.
If you full fil the target group criteria (target groups; employers, employment agencies, COA, project-based for freelance & ZZP, project-based expats, temporary stay due to personal circumstances, temporary stay study, holiday, global orientation) you can make the reservation directly with us (if not exclusively via a booking platform!)
Direct reservation; You reserve the accommodation for a minimum of 3 months. The agreed end date is the end date! After 3 months you can cancel the reservation made with 1 calendar month’s notice. If you leave the accommodation ad hoc and the accommodation is booked again, the advance payments will be refunded. The deposit will always be returned afterwards (if no damage / dirt).
When booking directly with us, you always pay the monthly rate 2 months in advance plus a deposit the size of 1 month’s rate. So you always pay 3 times the monthly rate in advance. Employers & employment agencies receive a monthly VAT invoice so that you can reclaim the VAT paid.
Platform booking; if possible, you will receive a link for a booking via a booking platform. Minimum booking for 10 days. You pay no deposit and the advance payment is only 28 days (credit card). Platform fees are around 10%, so you must add these to the rate shown.
Viewing; By default, physical viewing is not possible but takes place digitally. If there is a specific need for a physical viewing, we charge EUR 75,-, including VAT, in advance. If a reservation is subsequently made, we will deduct these costs from the reservation fee.
